The content of your On-Hold Messages can become outdated or stale if used over a long period of time.
It is recommended that you refresh your Promotions on Hold every 3-4 months to keep your customers engaged in your current promotions.
Most of our customers update their On-Hold Promotions:
- When launching a new sale
- To inform callers of seasonal promotions or holiday hours.
- To reinforce updates to your website
Billing Details
Pay in Full
Pay in Full for 3 updates to your On-Hold Messages and you'll pay just $139 per update (regular retail is $159 per update).
That's a savings of $60!
By purchasing this item, a link to a web form will appear on your Account Page in which you can enter your promotion scripts. This form can be submit to us 3 more times of your choosing (within 1 year of your invoice date).
Pay As You Go
Pay as You Go and pay only $145 per update (regular retail is $159 per update). That's a savings of $42!
Your credit card will not be billed if this is your first time submitting voicemail scripts. You will billed each time you submit your new scripts or every quarter, which ever comes first.
Our quarterly billing is done on the following dates:
- March 31
- June 30
- September 30
- December 31
If your invoice date is less than 90 days before the end of the next quarter, then you will be billed on the following quarter. (ie. an invoice date of February 16th will be billed on June 30th. February 15th will be billed on March 30th).
